A look back over 2016…

As the bar closed on our last beautiful wedding of the year we immediately started to reminisce over what a fantastic year 2016 has been, with that said we thought we would share a few of our personal highlights from the last 12 months…

Early in the year we were delighted with the new addition to Denton Hall, officially turning this stunning wedding and events venue into a deer park.

  

We have been lucky enough to host events in a range of beautiful locations, back in May we hosted afternoon tea for a very special client Lister Horsfall at the timelessly beautiful Broughton Hall.

  

In June we were delighted that the weather held out to allow a fantastic day for the annual Otley Road race where we were serving delicious bowl food as well as Pimms and beer to the VIP’s.

  

Mr and Mrs Dickinson celebrated their wedding at Denton Hall in July with one very special guest in attendance… Bertie the horse!

Through the summer months of August and September Box Tree Events saw lots of lovely brides and grooms get married not just at Denton Hall but also at the Box Tree restaurant. Although in the colder months the wedding season tends to quieten down a little bit we were kept busy and on our toes with lots of other events including working lunches and dinners for Yorkshire Bank, as well as a fantastic private bonfire night party where we served lots of delicious winter warming food and drinks!
