It’s been a super busy start to the New year with lots of couples getting in touch!
For those lucky ones who are recently engaged over the Festive & New Year period, Congratulations! This is such an amazing time for you all as you start to plan the perfect day with your fiancé. Planning can start whenever you want; perhaps you’re enjoying your engagement and looking forward to the exciting times ahead or you may be getting on with the planning stage straight away so you can get things moving. Whatever you and your fiancé are planning, we hope you’re relishing the time you’re spending with your other half.
We’ve had some wonderful couples get in touch with us over the last month who are searching for the perfect venue and caterer. We’ve got lots of wedding show rounds booked in over the next couple of weeks to show them some of our favourite venues. Whether it’s the Lady & Gentleman of the manor at Denton Hall or an intimate setting at the Box Tree Restaurant; we have the perfect place.
Once the venue’s booked and the guest list is sorted, it’s time to sort the menus and we try to do this seasonally so our couples can experience the food as it will be on their big day. Our Bride & Groom’s come to the restaurant where we’re able to talk them through the dishes, discover their likes and dislikes and get final details in place. We love this stage as it’s a perfect opportunity to get to know everything about the big day. The menu is so important to so many people, and finding the perfect caterer is huge.

Just a few lines to thank you for our amazing day in August. We had the most magical wedding – thank you for your wonderful organising and attention to detail. Everyone had the most fantastic time, are so complimentary about the Box Tree – beautiful food, service – everything! Our guests are still raving about the beef! The room looked wonderful and you are all so professional. Compliments to the chef and all assisting staff, the service was impeccable.
